Good grip, but fragile surface
This is the first time I’ve used this mat and sadly it’s already scraped up.It has good grip and cushion. And I really enjoy the alignment lines. But unfortunately the surface seems pretty fragile. Started out my workout with shoes and the scrapes on the left were pretty immediate. I took my shoes off and completed my workout barefoot. Still had good grip without shoes, so I was pleased there. But disappointed in the damages from my shoes from a very light workout.
- Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners
- The TPE material may not be as easy to recycle as other materials
