I'll start with the negative in my experience. My review will account for the shipping to be included. The package was somehow sent to the other side of the country so I had to wait an extra week to receive the item. I am a Prime member and should have had it in 2 days, it arrived in over a week after that. The product is nice to the touch and I feel confident in its ability to protect my Macbook. It fits very well and feels durable compared to the generic "hard shell" alternatives. When I received the item, the box was open and torn at the corners and the case had some scratches to it. I ordered mine in black, however I received a brown one. And I cannot justify the brown, for it is an awful shade that makes the look of the case appear "tacky". I'd order again if I'd knew I'd get the right color in the right shipping time without damage.
