This is good, thick wicking material, but not super soft. I workout in my basement and during the winter it gets pretty chilly so I thought this top would be a good one to start the workout in and then ditch once I get warmed up. I wanted a cropped top so I didn't have to worry about the bottom flowing around if I am stretching or bending over. I am 5'8", 140 pounds and after reading other reviews I thought the medium would be good since it is supposed to run TTS. I'd say it's close, but I wish the arms were a little longer as well as the cropped body. It comes just an inch or two below my sports bra when I was hoping it would be closer to my belly button as shown in other review photos. The sleeves are short, too, especially since they have the thumb holes (which I don't use because it pulls too tight). But I would order again, just in a size large instead.
