I actually bought these to sleep in as well as for working out with. I like to sleep with a high powered fan blowing on me but can't stand for my hair to be blowing around. These are extremely comfy while sleeping and that is really saying something because I typically hate things like this around my head. They also worked really well for when I was running on the treadmill, I didn't have any problems with slippage or my hair being in my face. I liked them so much that I ordered some for my mom.
