Based on my experience with the Industrial and Scientific product from this brand, the swivel shear was not up to par. While the design seemed promising for ease of use and maneuverability, the cutting power was severely lacking. Even after multiple attempts and adjustments I was left with jagged cuts and a frustratingly SLOW process .The only positive aspect was the comfortable grip. Cons: Poor cutting power..
