This HDMI switcher was designed very well. The switch comes with the remote which comes in handy particularly when you are connecting multiple devices to display on a large tv. The remote switching is stellar without any sync issues or abnormal delays. The manual switch on the front works as expected with the same speed of switching as the remote. The unit comes with a power block and cable. Once all HDMI cables are connected and the power cable is connected, there is nothing else you are required to do. This has certainly given me some flexibility in switching back and forth with my PCs without having to get up every time I need to switch PCs. Highly recommended!
