Uncomfortable Earpiece Hinders Communication
This earpiece failed to deliver on its promises .The earhook is incredibly uncomfortable and did not stay in place during use. While the sound quality was decent, the discomfort made using this accessory almost unbearable. The lack of comfort severely hindered the communication necessary for efficient operations. Overall, this product was a LETDOWN and not worth the investment. Electronics should enhance our lives, not make them more difficult..
