Very cute, decent quality, looks flattering on. However, its definitely cut up top for a smaller chested person. I am a C cup and I ordered my typical size and it is fairly tight in the chest area and the material has no give or stretch to it. I kept it because its workable and the rest of it fit fine, but if I were to order another one I would most definitely order a size up or just look for a different cut dress.
