Super cute and just as described. Great pleats. High waisted and super short, especially if you have long legs. I will need to wear shorts underneath, but all in all, it'll work great for my Halloween costumes
- Length is appropriate for school dress codes
- May be uncomfortable for those who prefer looser clothing
