I ordered this as I thought it was a great 50th bday gift. Within one hour of my friend putting it on, the chain broke. Best Buy worked with me to send a replacement out and asked that she send the broken one back. Once she received the replacement and went to open it to use the packaging to send the original one back, she saw that the chain on the replacement was also ALREADY broken when it arrived to her. I am disappointed and having her send them both back. Frustrating and embarrassing to send someone a gift for them to then have to go through the trouble of shipping items back.twice.
