I love this thing! in my review
I LOVE THIS WAIST TRAINNER! It makes me stand up straight, supports my boobs, gives me a nice shape. I wear it a few times a week for a couple hours at a time and let me tell you, the difference is crazy! My waist and hips are much slimmer! I am also on a fitness plan and wear it while doing cardio sometimes. I love this thing. And it’s adjustable with the many layers of hooks which is great because my ribs stick out so I like it looser on the top than the bottom.
