Arrived super fast. I couldn’t find the instructions when getting ready to assemble the bed, so I messaged the seller who responded just an hour two later with a really nice message and instructions attached! Then they reached out again to make sure we had no issues with assembly or anything. I must echo the other reviews citing the excellent customer service, they’re really top-notch.The frame itself is great, it’s much sturdier than I’d expected and doesn’t shift or make noise at all. Definitely in a different league than other comparably priced metal bed frames I’ve tried. 100% recommended!
