The packaging inside was broken, but everything is whole! The range is good, three power modes, the charge should hold perfectly. I'm still figuring out the settings, but a lot of useful things. I easily made friends with my other baofeng bf-888s walkie-talkies. In general, excellent walkie-talkies, I recommend!
