This product arrived in the plastic discolored. I thought it would wipe off but unfortunately the discoloration is still visible even after taking a sponge and magic eraser to it. decided it wasn’t a dealbreaker and I could just touch it up with white paint later. Then I noticed a part where the actual paint had flaked off. I though fine, it’s the bottom that nobody will see, not a huge deal, let’s just keep going. Should have stopped and returned it then. The video shows what it looks like after it’s been cleaned, and the scratched part. These are only *some* of the discolored poles.Perhaps the twin size is much easier to put together, but the Queen is a nightmare and impossible to do without two people due to the size. The entire thing felt very unsteady up until the last screw. It took a long time to come together and I would not do it again. Overall, the finished project looks fine, but it’s just not worth the headache. I have contacted the seller to see if I can get some kind of refund as the discoloration is very visible on the headboard and I will have to repaint it. I will update if they respond. Returning and getting a new one (possibly with the same issue) felt like too much of a hassle. I expect new things to look new, but that’s what you get for a cheap mass produced item. Put this money toward a nicer product and don’t waste your time with this. I cannot NOT recommend this enough.
