No follow up customer service
The trap was too short. I missed the exchange / return window by one day. My home was on Covid quarantine as my son was sick. I couldn’t get to UPS I sent a message to the seller for an exception with no response. Poor customer service follow-up. I’ll try Revain customer service next. The strap itself seemed well made and durable.
- Easy to use and right length for strapping down boat.
- They do come loose some times. not worth the money
