Today I bought it as a gift for my grandfather, after that I immediately tried it, the Philips rotary razor itself, and the Panasonic wins in all respects, it shaves much cleaner, as if with a machine, does not cause irritation, unlike my Philips, with which I shave with foam, while there are still unpleasant sensations, but this one went dry, and there was a slight tingling, without redness, but my skin is very sensitive. In general, the razor is excellent, but even if you don’t like this model, I advise you to take a mesh one, not a rotary one, no matter what the consultants in the store say.
