We received these candles and had a few questions which I sent to the provided email address and received very prompt response. (There is an error in the directions which states that the candles stay OFF for the 2, 4, 6, or 8 timed cycles but it is true that they stay ON for that period instead.). I’m excited to have the set and not have to deal with extension cords and timers. A good product.
