Love this pan! Ninjas new line are superior pans that wipe clean so easy. I used to have to scrub pans and this cleans up with a little dawn and water. No elbow grease needed. Versatile pan that allows cooking, roasting, and steaming. Color is gorgeous and lid fits like a glove. My only grip is that the handles have non protective layer/holder so you have to use pot holders. My last set has grips to prevent burning when touching handles. While this is dishwasher safe, I just hand wash with dawn. One because it’s super easy to clean and 2, I have the set of ninja never stick and the one pan I’ve continued to use in dishwasher has small pieces on the inside coating that appear to have chipped away. It has a texture that wasn’t there before.
