They didn’t find it right away, but the chair came initially with a cracked, even burst plastic leg, the representatives delete my questions, do not answer them. I applied 2 times with a letter to kovea-2022, they also ignore it. Maybe they will respond here. This part requires replacement on other chairs that have already been in use. Ready to buy it, but don't know how
