- The vitamins are great. I took 90 capsules for 2 courses a year ago. Really work. Although they recommend capsules, I took one after breakfast - a course of 30-45 days. Then a break. Strength and endurance in training really increase. The general condition of the body during daily training can be said to be excellent.
- Not detected. But I do a break between the course of 3-6 months.
