Based on my experience this grommet organizer is a complete waste of money... The material is cheap and flimsy, and it broke after just a few uses. The only pro is that the bright color makes it easy to locate in a cluttered toolbox. unfortunately, the cons outweigh any benefit. If youre looking for quality industrial and scientific hardware, I suggest you avoid this product and look elsewhere..
