Oversized so order down one. Typ a M but order a S with this brand. Love the long sleeves, fit in arms, comfort of fabric, most of the color options/patterns. ; not form fitting through bust and torso, which I prefer overall since casual wear and when working with kids. Cons: price (typ wait for a deal b/c $$$ for casual comfort wear); loose fit-loose everywhere so not going to be flattering for those wanting shape and/or to look higher end for a casual-business option.
