I bought this product (roof rack cross bars) for my new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. The product looks nice and was easy to install - but only after one snafu. There are two crossbars and one is about 3" - 4" shorter than the other. The shorter one goes towards the back and the longer one towards the front. This tidbit of information is found on the bottom of the last page of instructions. Not knowing that, I assumed they were both the same size, and II first tried to install them in the reverse order. The short one didn't fit as I had it towards the front. I convinced myself they'd made a mistake and sent the wrong size crossbars. I almost had the unit boxed up for return to Best Buy when I saw that note at the end of the instructions. After I put the short bar towards the back and the longer towards the front, the cross bars installed quickly and easily. The unit itself is worth 5 stars. But I gave it only 4 stars because of the poor instructions. Manufacturer: put that note at the front of the instructions! When considering the purchase, I saw several other reviews saying the bars didn't fit their Jeep Cherokees, and I'll bet they had the same problem I did but didn't see the note, and returned the product.
