Review Updated AGAIN:So, now that I found this, I actually spun it so the stones were in my nose and closed the clasp very tightly. It is too hard to close if you do not spin it around so it is on the outside. I was a little afraid to end up with a tiny opal inside my piercing, but that did not seem likely. They seem pretty far in and it is so small it would probably work its way out. Now it is lovely about a month later. So, you might want to try this and see if it works for you at the risk that it may fall out and you will need to go to ebay Help and chat with an agent. It was a beautiful nose ring! I wish it had not fallen out right away. I don't know how to better tighten it. Maybe have a professional put it in.Review Original: Very very upset. I should have heeded the reviews that warned this would fall out of my nose. That is $17 down the drain. I want my money back. It popped out the first day so I used pliers to make sure it was closed. It felt snug. Well, now it is gone and it is so delicate I will never even find it to send back. Aggravated. Extremely pretty but do NOT buy.
