Not as expected - my new review

These are not fleece lined. They are more of a thick stretch material with a brushed inner surface. Less texture than a sweatshirt. No lining, no fleece, but warmer than traditional leggings. They fit decent, measure and use the chart. I do like the pockets. I have not tried them in wet circumstances yet so I can not speak to water resistance, but they do not attract dog hair and that makes them a keeper for me.
