If you use it in quiet places - for example, at home - then it's super. If you need good soundproofing, it is better to look at other options.
Pros:
The best headphones I have ever had. The quality of materials and workmanship, clear sound without raised bass, complete set. Yes, they are just fine.
Different cons:
They practically do not isolate - that is, I can hear what is happening around and others can hear what is playing in my headphones. You can listen in the subway only at a very high volume, which personally tires me.
