Handle ends are crooked

I read the reviews before buying. Buyers said that they were glad they ordered extras because the knob ends are not even. When my contractor replaced the handles I thought he had put them on crooked. However, when we took them off and measured, most of the handles are uneven. Be careful because you get what you pay for.
