I tried this in the 5oz and realized how much I loved it but decided on longer runs I'd like a bit more water so bought the 8.5oz. Both of these are great and easy to us as a hand held water unlike hard water bottles. I'm an XS woman and the 5oz bottle fits in my legging pockets easily. The 8.5 I found easy to hold then as I used it I could tuck in into my leg pockets. They're also great to tuck into your running bra. I don't notice much of a plastic flavor plus I add a bit of electrolytes so it's not an issue. I love these! No leaking, no hard bottle to have sloshing around, no heaviness.
