Quality Control Issues
Ordered this bike for a birthday and it was shipped with a large scratch. It was also sent with 2 left pedals making the bike unusable. Reordered then same bike in a different color and the large scratch is in the same place. Poor quality control. I’m sure my daughter will end up scratching the bike many times, but a brand-new bike shouldn’t start in this condition.
- The adjustable seat height ensures that any rider can find a comfortable position on the bike
- No option for a compatible bike lock or security feature
