Not adjustable enough for a petite women’s ankles.
I am 5.2 and 115lbs. I may be petite, but I don’t think my ankles are unusually small. The ankle weights are a little too big. Although it is adjustable, it can only be cinched up to a point because of its design. This prevents the weights from fitting properly around my ankles. Luckily, I’m doing PT that has me lying down. If I had to walk in them, they would slide onto the floor/ground.
