Not Scratch-Proof and Poorly Designed

This product failed to deliver AS advertised. Pet Supplies should rethink marketing this as a multifunctional bag. Through trial and error i found that the elastic straps were not strong enough to support the weight of my cat. The bag also did not fit well into my space and was difficult to clean. However, the adjustable feature was a plus. Overall, I would not recommend this product..
