For those that don't have room for a home gym or needs an option for exercising while away from the home/gym resistance band sets are a great option. But all sets are not all created equal. The Odoland 21 piece set has everything you need for a full body workout and for those that need a lot of resistance this set can get you to 100lbs easy.All though I mostly go to the gym or use my home gym when I can't get to the gym, this little set makes it easy. I was able to do a full body 20 minute workout that left me warn out and sore impressed me. The whole kit is made well and the storage bag makes easy to keep track of the entire kit or store it in a luggage bag when traveling.I now use this kit about once or twice a week for mobility work or quick 20 minute workouts on those days I need to workout but do not have the time for my regular gym and home workouts.This kit should last a long time if you take care of it. If you are in need of a kit such as this one, this is a great option and I highly recommend it. If I have any issues over the next few months I will update this review.
