The board came packaged very well, and with a plastic film covering the chalkboard portion, so it arrived in impeccable shape. The magnetic surface works with no issue, and the frame made it super easy to install on the wall. My toddler loves the board, the chalk goes on great (we bought colored dustless chalk), and comes off super easy with a wet paper towel. My only complaint is how flimsy the chalk tray is (when my toddler accidentally bumps her arm into it, everything goes flying), but I don’t think that flaw is worth knocking down the review a star for it.
