I gifted this punching bag to my nephew who loves sports and outdoors activities. After I put it to the test myself I noticed the quality OF the materials was amazing .It has sturdy hooks that can resist long hours of training. It really helped my nephew to improve his accuracy and power. pros: Durable and easy to install. Cons: It didn`t come filled, but we were able to find some fillings easily. Overall, this punching equipment is a great addition to any sports lover's equipment collection..
