It arrived a little late, but I was kept updated so respectfully, and given an opportunity to be fully refunded. No reason to get huffy! I love the arrangement of its pockets, the strength of its zipper, and the general look and feel of this bag. It's been a lifelong hassle for me that I lose everything not attached to my person. I love conventional purses, but once I set them down, they're gone, either left behind, or stolen. So this purchase was a necessity, and I'm so glad I shopped long and hard and found it.
