My family loves this product! We just got it today and had to make sushi! Make sure you rinse the plastic pieces between rolls to make it come out of the tube easier. Make indentations in each side (we used the back of a kids plastic fork) for the filling to fit. Snap it shut. Twist with the lid on to compact it. Remove the lid. Twist and then push the roll out onto seaweed. It helps to hold the end down gently with a knife or something as you remove the tube for a nice end. Roll the seaweed and rice tube. Cut and enjoy! Super easy and makes a tight roll without using a bamboo mat! Would recommend for everyone!
