I love this waist trainer! I wanted a waist trainer that I could wear while doing things around the house or running errands while still being comfortable. This waist trainer sucks you in but allows you to move comfortably. I’m 5’0 about 128-130 pounds. I first ordered a size XS thinking that with the adjuster I could fit into it, but it was unfortunately too small. I contacted the seller and they were so kind and helpful and sent me a size Small. The Small fits me just right!
