So far so good. I was pierced at 3mm (8g) back in late August. Purchased this kit to stretch. I used the spirals to stretch to 4mm (6g) instead of the tapers. I was actually able to put in my jewelry later that afternoon since the stretching went very smooth. I'm using the screw on tunnels. But its nice to have the option for either plugs or tunnels or for tapers or spirals to stretch with. No issues with breaking or discoloration with the black set.Good choice to save money during the stretching process. Once I get to my goal, which I'm still deciding on, I'll purchase other jewelry. For now, this is what I need.They also come in a box and individual bags. They go by mm, so you should look at a chart online. I have a card from Urban jewelry for when I first started this process. So that'll be helpful.
