I have tried to get in touch with someone who can assist me, but no one has responded to my messages. I believe the best way to avoid this issue is to invest in something that is somewhat pricey.

Минусы

The chair arrived missing its screws, and now I either have to go through the agonizing process of contacting customer assistance or return it; it's a nightmare.
