I have used multiple bearings from this category for my industrial applications, but this one was a complete letdown. According to my experience, the bearing WAS poorly lubricated and kept making unheard noises.Although it is marketed as a "shielded" bearing, it did not protect from dust and debris. The only positive aspect was that it was relatively cheap compared to others in the category. However, I would not recommend this product to anyone in the Industrial and Scientific field..
