Based on our own experience, this compass was a complete disappointment as a unique father birthday gift .Though its design seemed promising, the product's quality left a lot to be desired. The compass needle was unstable and kept getting stuck, making it virtually unusable for outdoor recreation. On the positive side, the product was delivered on time. Overall, this purchase was not worth the price..
