I did not find them easy to install - had to really stretch the silicone to get on my ILL plates. Not terrible but took longer than expected - not 5 minutes. Then after I put them on I had to stretch more because the border was uneven - thick on one side thin on the other. And the corners look stretched. Maybe my technique wasn't great but most other things I fix go well.The screws I got were smaller in diameter than the ones I took out - so I reused 2 two old screws on top as the new ones would be loose. I used 2 new screws on the bottom because there weren't any used previously. These were OK.Putting the screw caps on was also more difficult than expected - couldn't do with my thumb; had to push on them with tool and whack on them to get them to snap.So they are on and OK but I probably wouldn't buy again. But there is no paint to peel off after 5 months like the last plate holder pair I bought on Best Buy, so that is a plus. And they were on Best Buy's daily deal so not that expensive.
