Everything works as expected for this headset. The only thing that I don't like is how it fits into the controller 3.5 mm audio jack. It doesn't snap that well into it. I haven't had an issue where it falls out, but you can tell it's a little cheaper made than the original jack.

- It is not compatible with other gaming headsets, limiting its flexibility and potential use
