This is a nice fitness mat that adds cushion to my hard floor. It rolls up compactly and is lightweight, easy to put in the corner to store. It is not too thick, but plenty sturdy to support my weight. The edges and corners of the mat stay down and I'm not worried about tripping over them as I move. The mat is long enough for most of what I do, but if I lie down, my legs are hanging over the edge. It's a nice color; the neutral charcoal gray makes feel calm and at ease as opposed to brightly colored mats. It wipes clean with little effort and doesn't absorb odors. Overall, it's nice to have for home workouts.
