It's ok. Does the job and simple.
Product is very simple and easy to use. A couple things keep me from giving it 5 stars: Spray nozzle I feel is to high, it should spray more down. Secondly, the fluid bottle has to be taken out to give it air half way through the fluids.
- The microfiber pads are soft and gentle, leaving no scratches on the floors
- The solution bottle is hard to see through when checking the amount of solution left
