Waste of money. I bought this to hopefully be an alternative to the afrin type decongestant nasal spray. I wanted something natural that I could use every day with no adverse effect. Reading some of the reviews that said it helped them not to be stuffy, so that sold me(because that's my issue) this did absolutely nothing at all for me. I take that back, what it did do is gave me a little of the feeling of post nasal drip. However with that came no relief of any symptoms, such as congestion and stuffy nose. If you want something to remedy those things, keep looking.
