I purchased two helmets (L and XL). The large was for the wife.I guessed at her head size but was one size too big. Support helped with sending a smaller insert as well as gloves within days. All I had to do was email them.The product is well made and intercom use on a CanAm Ryker Rally was clear. I have not used for phone use yet but presume the audio is clear as the intercom. The visor sticks a bit while opening so be gentle or lift from center of visor.Overall, I am happy with it as a new helmet with separate intercom purchase would have been double or triple the cost.
