Purchased this for spouse who is always warmer than other family members-- we keep the ac low for him, but we are all uncomfortable. [He gets serious headaches if he gets overheated while sleeping.] We also hate to run the ac so much innthe summer with increasing inflation. Hoped this would help these various concerns. Spouse GIGGLED the first time he tried it-- said the heat wicking action felt like tingling and was fun. He actually got COLD from this blanket! Says there is a learning curve of how much of his body to cover when he gets too hot at night in order to get COOL but not COLD. What a fantastic issue to have with a cooling blanket-- it works better than expected. I am thrilled that I finally found something that can help keep him comfortable and avoid headaches without everyone else freezing to death.
