This boot is really cute, but I could only handle wearing them for about 4 hours. After about 4 hours, they really start to hurt the toe area of my foot. They were a little more narrow than I expected, but overall the boot is comfortable for several hours and looks great with jeans or a long dress. There really isn't much arch support, but I am sure you could put in a support to help with this issue. Overall I am happy with these boots and I love the look! I would recommend getting at least a 1/2 size bigger than what you would normally wear; as with a lot of shoes/boots you just never know how they are going to wear, so I don't feel they should receive an less than 4 stars for this reason.
