Ive never seen anything worse! A terrible purchase.

A day has passed, and I still can’t solve the issue with Technical Support about returning the order back - they just stupidly stopped answering me 12 hours ago ! To be honest, I'm starting to think about the expediency of shopping on this site - neither with Ozon, nor with Sbermegamarket, and even with Wildberries, there were SUCH problems in such situations, although the fault here is entirely on the seller and the site !

They sent another product in the order - a fishing line from the same manufacturer, but a different position - only 60 meters. I did not even open the package - a transparent film and scales were enough .
